Pour notre client, entreprise industrielle innovante tout en étant ancrée dans le patrimoine local, nous cherchons un ou une Chef Comptable pour travailler directement avec le CFO.

Dans le cadre d'une transformation organisationnelle, vos fonctions sont larges et passionnantes : accompagné de votre équipe, vous piloterez la comptabilité générale, la trésorerie et l'ensemble des contrôles internes à travers la production des états financiers, l'analyse des risques et de la performance de l'entreprise.

Plus précisément, avec votre équipe vous êtes en charge de : \- Superviser l'ensemble du cycle comptable y compris les stocks et inventaires, le pilotage des bouclements mensuels, trimestriels et annuels... \- Supervision et validation des provisions, amortissements... \- Superviser les décomptes TVA trimestriels \- Suivi des flux de trésorerie et des positions bancaires \- Prévisions court, moyen et long terme \- Cash Management \- Gestion des risques financiers, être le partenaire et l'interlocuteur des banques \- Pilotage du contrôle interne \- Key user de l'ERP

Nous cherchons :

\- Brevet Fédéral ou Expertise Comptable un atout \- 10 ans d'expérience minimum idéalement en industrie ou avec des clients industriels si vous êtes en Big 4 ou fiduciaire \- çais \- Anglais professionnel, allemand un atout \- Aisance sur les outils informatiques \- key user ERP \- Salaire à discuter, l'idéal étant de 120/130K CHF

Ce poste est un véritable pilier dans l'entreprise alors nous cherchons une personne solide avec une certaine agilité qui sera force de proposition et n'aura pas peur de prendre des initiatives.

Il est important de vouloir comprendre l'héritage et le patrimoine de la structure avant de vouloir le changer.
