Job Summary

Lead the QA function by developing policies, managing the QA team, overseeing testing and audits, and driving continuous quality improvements to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain QA policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistent quality across projects
  • Lead and mentor the QA team to enhance their performance and professional growth
  • Oversee testing processes, audits, and compliance checks to verify adherence to quality standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align quality objectives with business goals
  • Monitor and analyze quality metrics to provide actionable insights for management decision-making
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce defects in products and processes
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and certification requirements
