  • Administer and enhance SharePoint sites, Teams environments, distribution groups, and related collaboration tools by managing permissions, maintaining and organizing content, supporting compliance activities, and improving information access and usability.
  • Coordinate recurring business communications, reports, leadership presentations, and other information sharing activities to promote transparency, engagement, and informed decision making across the organization.
  • Proactively communicate with internal and external stakeholders, peers and management while building and maintaining positive relationships.
  • Provide back-up support for other analysts and team members across the Group.
  • Demonstrate sound judgment and discretion when managing sensitive business information, records, permissions, and data.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Management, Project Management, Public Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience.
  • Typically requires 2+ years of experience in business analysis, program coordination, project management, operations, information management, business continuity, or a related business support function.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
