The posting

Als Platform Engineer speel je een centrale rol in het bouwen, beheren en verder ontwikkelen van een moderne en schaalbare IT-omgeving. Je werkt nauw samen met developmentteams en ondersteunt hen bij het ontwikkelen, uitrollen en beheren van applicaties op een Kubernetes-gebaseerd platform. Je draagt bij aan de stabiliteit en performantie van de platforminfrastructuur en bewaakt daarbij de samenhang tussen applicaties, infrastructuur, databanken en deploymentprocessen. Daarnaast werk je actief mee aan de verdere uitbouw van de infrastructuur, deploymentplatformen en automatiseringsprocessen.

Specifieke vaardigheden

  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma in een IT-richting.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Kubernetes, zowel op het vlak van beheer als gebruik: Beheer van Kubernetes-clusters (CSI, CNI, operators, monitoring, logging, security, enz.) Deployen en beheren van applicaties via GitOps, Helm, authenticatie en autorisatie
  • Kennis van Kubeflow is een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt kennis van Linux-servers, containers en CI/CD-processen.
  • Je beschikt over een degelijke kennis van netwerken en onderliggende netwerkconcepten.
  • Je hebt kennis van virtualisatieplatformen en de werking ervan.
