Aufgaben:

  • Empfang von Kunden \- telefonisch und persönlich
  • Organisation des Empfangsbereichs
  • Bearbeitung von Bestellungen sowie deren Überwachung
  • Verkauf von modischen Produkten
  • Verfassen von Korrespondenz
  • Dreh\- und Angelpunkt der Abteilung
  • Führung von Listen und Lagerverwaltung
  • Achten auf schöne Präsentation der Waren
  • Arbeitszeit Dienstag \- Samstag (Geschäftsöffnungszeiten)

Ihr Profil:

* Sie haben Erfahrung am Empfang oder als Assistentin? Als Verkäuferin mit administrativen Aufgaben oder haben an einer Reception gearbeitet?

Ihre Ausbildung ist sekundär. Wir interessieren uns für Sie!

Sie sind motiviert, offen für Neues und möchten sich beruflich, wie persönlich weiterentwickeln. Zuverlässigkeit, Flexibilität und gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten runden Ihr Profil ab. Wenn Sie dazu noch einen grünen Daumen haben, sind Sie fast schon an Bord. Die einzige Person im Team mit diesem Talent verlässt uns nun leider.
