Vos missions

  • Encadrer une équipe d’agents opérationnels et de chauffeurs.
  • Veiller à ce que chaque membre de l’équipe soit motivé et traité de manière équitable et cohérente.
  • Planifier les activités et mettre en œuvre les actions nécessaires pour atteindre les objectifs de qualité de service.
  • Sensibiliser votre équipe aux objectifs de l’entreprise et aux standards de service attendus.
  • Garantir le respect des procédures de sécurité, de sûreté et de conformité opérationnelle durant le service.

Votre profil

  • Une expérience en gestion d’équipe et de service dans un environnement dynamique de traitement du fret est un atout.
  • Capacité à gérer efficacement son temps et celui de son équipe, avec un réel souci du détail.
  • Dynamisme et enthousiasme.
  • Forte orientation client.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication.
