The posting

At Feedzai, we're building a world of safer money. A world where financial institutions move faster than criminals. Where the payments that fund real lives through salaries, savings, and businesses are protected in real time. We use trusted AI to detect and prevent financial crime, fraud, and money laundering at scale: the world's top banks, payment networks, and acquirers trust our technology to safeguard more than one billion consumers and $9 trillion in payment volume every year.

Feedzai is a Series D company and has raised $282M to date. With a valuation of $2 billion, our technology protects 1 billion consumers and 90 billion transactions each year.

You:

We are looking for an AI-native Instructional Designer to create high-quality, scalable, and engaging learning experiences that help customers, partners, and internal teams get the most value from Feedzai’s products.

This role goes beyond traditional content development. You will combine instructional-design fundamentals with modern AI-enabled workflows to design, build, test, and continuously improve learning content. You will use AI responsibly to accelerate research, content drafting, adaptation, localization, multimedia production, assessment creation, and learning analytics—while ensuring that all materials remain accurate, inclusive, secure, and aligned with Feedzai’s product and brand standards.

A key focus of the role will be creating engaging video content, in-app learning experiences, tutorials, certifications, and product education journeys. You will partner with Product, UX, Documentation, Customer Success, and subject-matter experts to translate complex fraud-prevention and risk-management capabilities into clear, role-based, actionable learning.

You will be curious about how AI is changing learning design: from adaptive and personalized content to AI-assisted simulations, scenario-based practice, and embedded, just-in-time guidance inside the product. You will help evolve Feedzai’s learning ecosystem so that it is more efficient to create, easier to maintain, and more effective for global audiences.

Your Day-to-Day:

1. Design AI-Enabled Learning Experiences

  • Design and develop learning journeys for customers, partners, and internal teams, including onboarding, feature adoption, role-based enablement, certifications, tutorials, and performance-support resources.
  • Apply adult-learning principles, learning objectives, assessment design, and instructional-design methodologies to create practical, engaging, and measurable learning experiences.
  • Use AI-enabled tools and workflows to accelerate content research, outlining, drafting, rewriting, summarization, assessment creation, scenario generation, and content adaptation.
  • Validate AI-assisted outputs with subject-matter experts and source documentation to ensure factual accuracy, product correctness, appropriate tone, and learner relevance.
  • Design learning experiences that combine self-paced learning, video, interactive practice, knowledge checks, live enablement, in-app guidance, and contextual performance support.
  • Explore responsible uses of generative AI to create realistic role-based scenarios, simulations, exercises, practice questions, and differentiated learning paths.

2. Create Multimedia and In-App Product Learning

  • Develop a range of digital learning assets, including video tutorials, product walkthroughs, microlearning modules, certifications, interactive guides, job aids, and in-app experiences.
  • Script, storyboard, produce, edit, and maintain video-based learning content using tools such as Synthesia, Descript, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Cloud, or comparable platforms.
  • Create and maintain in-app training content using Pendo, or similar digital-adoption platforms, to support contextual learning directly within the Feedzai product.
  • Work with UX and Product teams to identify high-impact moments for embedded education, onboarding guidance, feature discovery, and contextual help.
  • Apply usability, accessibility, and inclusive-design principles to all learning assets, including captions, transcripts, accessible visuals, clear language, and appropriate interaction design.
  • Help establish reusable templates, AI prompt libraries, content patterns, and production workflows that improve quality and reduce time to publish.

3. Partner Across Product, Documentation, and Enablement

  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Designers, Engineers, SMEs, Customer Success, Support, and Partner teams to understand learner needs and product priorities.
  • Translate complex product functionality, workflows, risk-management concepts, and technical information into clear and actionable learning content for different audiences.
  • Partner with Documentation to ensure that education content, product documentation, release communications, and in-app guidance are consistent, accurate, and easy to navigate.
  • Work closely with UX to embed learning moments into the product experience and reduce friction for users adopting new functionality.
  • Participate in feature-launch and release-readiness processes, ensuring that learning content is planned early rather than created only after a release.
  • Gather feedback from learners, internal stakeholders, and customer-facing teams to improve content quality and relevance.

4. Measure, Improve, and Scale Learning

  • Use learner feedback, content-performance metrics, support trends, product-adoption signals, and certification results to identify gaps and improve learning experiences.
  • Help define meaningful learning metrics, such as completion, engagement, assessment performance, time to competence, feature adoption, support deflection, and learner satisfaction.
  • Iterate on content based on evidence, testing different formats, messages, learning flows, and in-app guidance patterns.
  • Support localization and global accessibility by coordinating translation, reviewing localized content, and designing source materials that are easy to adapt across markets.
  • Contribute to a scalable learning-content operating model, including governance, content maintenance, version control, review processes, and AI-assisted quality assurance.
  • Stay current with developments in instructional design, learning technologies, digital adoption, generative AI, and AI-enabled content-production practices.

You Have & You Know-How:

  • 3+ years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, learning-content development, product education, customer education, enablement, technical writing, or a related field.
  • Experience designing learning content for software, digital products, technical workflows, or professional audiences is preferred.
  • Experience collaborating with subject-matter experts to turn complex information into clear, practical, learner-centered content.
  • Experience working with Product, UX, Documentation, Customer Success, Support, or Enablement teams is a strong advantage.
  • A portfolio demonstrating learning-design thinking, written content, video work, interactive learning, in-app guidance, or other educational assets is highly valued.

Instructional Design and Content Skills

  • Understanding of instructional-design fundamentals, including learning objectives, learner personas, adult-learning principles, assessments, storyboarding, and content sequencing.
  • Ability to create concise, clear, and engaging content for different levels of product knowledge and different user roles.
  • Experience developing multimedia learning solutions, such as videos, tutorials, certifications, microlearning, interactive modules, and contextual help.
  • Comfortable writing scripts, storyboards, facilitator guides, knowledge checks, learning objectives, and learner-facing product guidance.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

AI-Native Learning Skills

  • Practical experience using generative-AI tools to support content creation, research, ideation, drafting, editing, localization, assessment development, or multimedia production.
  • Ability to write effective prompts and use structured workflows to produce high-quality learning assets efficiently.
  • Strong judgment in reviewing AI-generated content for accuracy, bias, security, privacy, intellectual-property considerations, accessibility, and brand alignment.
  • Curiosity and willingness to experiment with emerging AI-enabled learning approaches, such as adaptive learning paths, AI-supported practice scenarios, conversational learning assistants, and intelligent performance support.
  • Understanding that AI augments instructional-design expertise; it does not replace product knowledge, learner empathy, editorial rigor, or human review.

Tools and Technical Fluency

  • Familiarity with tools such as Pendo, WalkMe, Whatfix, or other digital-adoption platforms is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Synthesia, Descript, Camtasia, Articulate 360, Loom, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar content-production tools is a plus.
  • Experience with learning-management systems, learning-experience platforms, knowledge bases, or certification platforms is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools, spreadsheets, dashboards, or data-informed content iteration is beneficial.
  • Comfort working with collaboration and documentation tools such as Google Workspace, Confluence, Notion, Jira, or similar platforms.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, banking, payments, fraud prevention, risk management, compliance, anti-money-laundering, or regulated industries.
  • Experience creating content for global audiences and supporting localization across multiple languages.
  • Familiarity with product-led growth, customer education, product adoption, technical enablement, or support-content strategy.
  • Exposure to AI governance, responsible AI, content-quality frameworks, or knowledge-management practices.
  • Portuguese language skills are an advantage.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
