Vi arbetar gentemot våra olika kundföretag och levererar tjänster inom arbetsmiljö, hälsoutveckling, rehabilitering och sjukvård.

Välkommen till oss på Feelgood i Globen vi är idag ca 17 medarbetare. Vi finns där våra kunder finns – därför kan du arbeta både på vår enhet, ute hos våra kunder och, emellanåt, på våra enheter i närområdet.

Vi levererar tjänster bland annat inom arbetsmiljö- och hälsoutveckling och rehabilitering.

Som företagsläkare hos oss har du möjligheten till tätt samarbete med arbetsgivaren vilket ger en möjlighet till påverkan av patientens arbetsmiljö över tid. Du ger stöd till företagsledningar, enskilda chefer, personalavdelningar och anställda i frågor som rör hälsa och arbete, rehabilitering och sjukvård. Du arbetar främjande, förebyggande och efterhjälpande utifrån identifierade behov i nära samverkan med våra kunder samt övriga yrkeskategorier på enheten. Du kommer kunna arbeta på individ-, grupp- samt organisationsnivå. Uppdragen innebär bl. a bedömning av ohälsa med efterföljande planering och åtgärder utifrån behov, rådgivning, genomförande av lagstadgade kontroller/medicinska kontroller, arbetsplatsbesök och arbetsförmågebedömningar.

Du arbetar dagtid (har ingen jour, arbetar inga nätter och helger). Du kommer ha möjlighet att röra dig mellan olika miljöer: både i form av tjänstgöring på olika orter, men även i form av våra kunders många olika arbetsområden. Verksamheten präglas av en interkollegial anda och vi-känsla. Hos oss samarbetar du över yrkeskategorierna.

Vi söker dig som är specialistläkare, gärna med företagsläkarutbildning eller annan specialistkompetens inom relevant område. Du har ett brinnande intresse för människor i arbetslivet, en helhetssyn och vill gärna arbeta på ett förebyggande och promotivt sätt.

Du är både självständig, beslutskapabel och har förmåga att skapa goda relationer då arbetet innebär mycket interaktion med olika slags människor. Vidare är du bra på att hantera komplexa situationer, är affärsmässig, konsultativ och ha en hög etisk kompass.
