The posting

Nu söker vi en Företagssköterska i en ambulerande roll till våra enheter i Stockholm, Vi finns i Globen, City, Solna och Kista.

Vi arbetar i team gentemot våra olika kundföretag och levererar tjänster inom arbetsmiljö- och hälsoutveckling samt rehabilitering. Vi arbetar på individ, grupp och organisationsnivå.

Som företagssköterska hos oss arbetar du med förebyggande arbetsmiljöarbete, hälsoundersökningar, utbildningar, rehabilitering, provtagning samt hälsofrämjande arbete på individ och gruppnivå.

I rollen som Företagssköterska så jobbar du med hälsofrämjande arbete på individ och gruppnivå i form av bland annat: • Hälsoundersökningar • Medicinska kontroller • Provtagningar • Vaccinationer • Alkohol- och drogtester • Hälsocoachning/Livsstilrådgivning • Utbildningar • Planera och administrera hälsoprojekt och gruppinsatser • Kontaktperson till kunder där du bland annat tar hand om inkommande uppdrag samt står för rådgivning till kund och beställande chefer

Du är intresserad av att bygga och utveckla en god relation med våra kundföretag och deras anställda. Du jobbar som kontaktperson gentemot några tilldelade kunder, tar hand om inkommande uppdrag samt står för rådgivning till kund och kundens beställande chefer.

Vi söker dig som är leg. sjuksköterska, gärna med företagssköterskeutbildning och/eller erfarenhet av arbete i företagshälsovård eller liknande uppdrag. Vana av mottagningsarbete är meriterande. Du har ett brinnande intresse för människor i arbetslivet, en helhetssyn, och vill gärna arbeta på ett förebyggande och främjande sätt. Vi ser också det som viktigt att du har ett affärsmässigt och konsultativt förhållningssätt, god social kompetens samt att du är en god lagspelare och medarbetare som vill vara med och driva teamet framåt. Du har körkort och goda IT-kunskaper.

Omfattning:

Tillsvidareanställning 100 % eller enligt överenskommelse

Anställningen innebär tjänstgöring på alla våra enheter i Stockholm, Globen, City, Solna och Kista utifrån behov.
