Vi arbetar på individ-, grupp- och organisationsnivå och erbjuder tjänster inom bland annat arbetsmiljö- och hälsoutveckling samt rehabilitering. Vi behöver ersätta kollega som tar sig an nya utmaningar och ser fram emot att välkomna en ny psykolog/beteendevetare till vår verksamhet.

Som psykolog/beteendevetare hos oss arbetar du konsultativt med arbetsmiljö och hälsa i nära samverkan med våra kunder och tillsammans med övriga kompetenser på enheten. En viktig del av rollen är individuella samtal, där du möter och stöttar individer utifrån olika behov och frågeställningar kopplade till arbetsliv och hälsa.

Du arbetar även på grupp- och organisationsnivå och uppdragen kan bland annat innebära utredningar, grupphandledning, rådgivning och stöd till chefer och utbildningsinsatser. Rollen är varierad och ger dig möjlighet att arbeta både förebyggande och med konkreta insatser utifrån våra kunders behov.

På vår enhet värdesätter vi samarbete och kunskapsutbyte mellan olika professioner. Samtidigt har du ett stort eget ansvar för att planera och genomföra dina uppdrag och skapa goda och långsiktiga relationer med våra kunder.

Vi sitter i fina nyrenoverade lokaler vid Solna Strand, nära vatten och T-bana.

Vi söker dig som är utbildad psykolog/psykoterapeut eller beteendevetare med grundläggande psykoterapiutbildning (steg 1) med KBT-inriktning. Vi ser gärna att du har minst två års erfarenhet av individuella samtal med patienter. Erfarenhet av konsultarbete är meriterande.

Du har ett brinnande intresse för människor i arbetslivet, en helhetssyn och vill gärna arbeta på ett förebyggande och promotivt sätt. Vi ser även att du har ett affärsmässigt och konsultativt förhållningssätt, god social kompetens och är en lagspelare.
