Feeny Ford of Grayling, Inc., a trusted name in the Michigan automotive community for over 33 years, is seeking a dedicated Service Admin to join our team in Grayling, MI. This full-time position offers an annual salary range of $32,000 to $50,000, paid bi-weekly. Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and efficiently route them to the appropriate team members.
  • Greet customers promptly and professionally upon their arrival in the service lane.
  • Scan and maintain accurate records of service documents.
  • Prepare daily warranty submission packages for the warranty administration company and track the status of claims.
  • Coordinate the pickup and drop-off of customer vehicles through the Ford service program.
  • Assist in managing the Ford VCP (Vehicle Certification Program) conversion process.
  • Generate loaner agreements and support the loaner vehicle check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Contact customers to confirm service appointments and provide updates.
  • Assist with the customer checkout process, including finalizing payments.
  • Update and communicate the status of vehicles currently being serviced.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
  • Proficient with computers, including Microsoft Excel.
  • Exhibit a proactive and organized approach to handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
