岗位职责： 1、接诊患者，采集病历及进行体格检查。经功能评估后，列出患者存在的有待康复的问题，制定进一步检查、观察及康复治疗计划； 2、对住院患者负责查房或会诊，及时开出临床医师医属或作康复处理的意见。对门诊患者进行复诊及处理； 3、指导、监督、协调各部门的康复治疗工作； 4、主持评价和病例讨论会、出院前的评定分析总结会（决定能不能出院及出院后的继续康复计划； 5、领导交办的其他工作。

任职要求： 1、康复医学或临床医学本科以上学历，具有执业医师资格； 2、二级公立医院三年以上工作经验，有康复科、神经科、骨科、内科工作经验优先； 3、丰富的临床实践经验，具有独立完成本科室临床工作的能力； 4、有较强的学习能力，乐于接受新理念、新技术； 5、适应力强，具备良好的沟通与应变能力，注重团队合作； 6、对患者有爱心，做事细心周到、能够吃苦耐劳； 7、身体健康，能够承受一定的工作压力。
