Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen Servicetechniker international (w/m/d)

Deine Aufgaben

In dieser vielseitigen Funktion bist du die erste Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden vor Ort und repräsentierst unser Unternehmen professionell. Mit deiner fachlichen Erfahrung und deiner Begeisterung für technische Herausforderungen übernimmst du nach einer fundierten Einarbeitung die folgenden Aufgaben selbstständig und eigenverantwortlich; je nach Einsatz allein oder im Team.

  • Erledigung der jährlich anstehenden Wartungen unserer Anlagen \- termingerecht und nach Qualitätsstandards
  • Störungsbehebungen und Reparatureinsätze beim Kunden
  • Du erkennst ungeplante Reparaturen aufgrund des Zustands der Anlage, wendest dich an die Ansprechpartner vor Ort, lässt dir nicht vertragsgemässe Arbeiten bestätigen und führst diese aus
  • Du erstellst nach Rücksprache mit dem Kunden Ersatzteilempfehlungen und sprichst mögliche Modernisierungen an
  • Du garantierst die Sicherheit und Funktionstüchtigkeit der Anlagen
  • Du pflegst die Beziehungen zu Kunden und deren Ansprechpartner
  • Du erstellst präzise und zeitnah Berichte über die geleistete Arbeit

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Polymechaniker, Anlage\- und Apparatebauer, Mechatroniker oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung
  • Sehr gute elektrische und mechanische Kenntnisse
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit SPS\-Steuerungen sowie mit dem TIA Portal von Vorteil
  • Hohe Eigenverantwortung, Ausdauer und Flexibilität sowie eine selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Flexibilität und Bereitschaft zur internationalen Reisetätigkeit von bis zu 90 %
  • Führerausweises Kategorie B
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, ösischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Anstellung in Winterthur (CH) oder Ubstadt (D)
