Profil og kvalifikationer

  • Erfaring fra lignende arbejde, f.eks. som håndværker, ejendomsservicetekniker, vicevært eller handymand
  • Gode samarbejdsevner og evnen til at kommunikere professionelt med kolleger, kunder og eksterne håndværker
  • Tilsyn og drift af tekniske installationer (varmemester opgaver)
  • Ansvar for en række ejendomme i et særligt nybygget område
  • Stabil, ansvarsbevidst og proaktiv med en positiv indstilling
  • Selvstændig og initiativrig i opgaveløsningen
  • God til fejlfinding og problemløsning
  • Taler og forstår dansk og engelsk
  • Kørekort B
  • It-forståelse (vi benytter e-mail, office-pakken og eget CMS system)

Dine arbejdsopgaver

  • Daglig drift. pasning og vedligehold af ejendomme (også i nybygget områder)
  • Mindre reparationer ind-/ude og havearbejde
  • Løbende kvalitetskontrol samt udbedring af fejl og mangler
  • Rekvirering og koordinering af håndværkere, opfølgning på deres arbejde
