Das Besondere am Job

In unserem mehrköpfigen Konzerncontrolling-Team bist du eine zentrale Ansprechperson für alle Themen rund um das Controlling

in der Sparte Transport- und Hebetechnik. Du bringst deine Expertise sowohl im laufenden Geschäft als auch bei der

Weiterentwicklung unserer Prozesse ein und gestaltest den Bereich Controlling maßgeblich mit.

Zu deinen Aufgaben zählen

* Du bist die zentrale Anlaufstelle für fachspezifische Fragen im Controlling und unterstützt die operativen Geschäftsbereiche

bei kaufmännischen Entscheidungen

* Du erstellst die monatliche Kosten- und Leistungsrechnung und führst Plan-Ist-Analysen durch

* Du bereitest monatliche Reportings sowie Ad-hoc-Reports für Meetings auf, ergänzt diese um fundierte Interpretationen und

leitest daraus Optimierungspotenziale ab

* Du wirkst bei der Erstellung von Forecasts mit und unterstützt bei der Budgetierung

* Du entwickelst das bestehende Kostenrechnungssystem weiter und schärfst die Prozesse der internen Leistungsverrechnung

nach

* Du begleitest spannende Projekte, beispielsweise die Implementierung unseres neuen ERP-Systems SAP oder den Aufbau

unseres Data Warehouse

Am besten passt du zu uns, wenn du folgendes Profil mitbringst

* Du hast eine solide betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung abgeschlossen, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Controlling oder

Finanzen

* Du verfügst über Berufserfahrung im Controlling - besonders vorteilhaft ist es, wenn du bereits in größeren Unternehmen tätig

warst

* Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Excel und hast idealerweise schon Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen und/oder BI-Tools (z. B.

Power BI, Qlik Sense) gesammelt

* Du schätzt Teamwork, arbeitest strukturiert und bringst Eigeninitiative sowie einen Blick über den Tellerrand mit
