Zu deinen Aufgaben zählen

* Du übernimmst die fachliche und disziplinäre Führung unseres 9-köpfigen IT Service Desk Teams

* Du förderst die Weiterentwicklung deiner Mitarbeitenden

* Du steuerst, koordinierst und priorisierst die Verteilung der Tickets

* Du unterstützt dein Team bei komplexen technischen Fragen und Anliegen

* Du verantwortest die Qualitätssicherung im Support, analysierst relevante Kennzahlen und erstellst Reports

* Du entwickelst unsere Supportprozesse und die Nutzung unseres ITSM-Tools kontinuierlich weiter

* Du arbeitest mit unseren Fachbereichen sowie mit externen Beratern zusammen

* Du wirkst an teamübergreifenden Projekten oder an der Einführung neuer Prozesse aktiv mit

* Als Teil unseres IT-Managementteams bringst du deine Perspektiven in regelmäßigen Meetings ein und blickst über den eigenen Verantwortungsbereich hinaus

Am besten passt du zu uns, wenn du folgendes Profil mitbringst

* Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung

* Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung im IT-Support in ITIL organisierten Unternehmen mit und bist mit ITSM-Tools vertraut

* Du hast idealerweise bereits erste Führungserfahrung gesammelt

* Du hast ein gutes Verständnis für Supportprozesse und serviceorientierte IT-Dienstleistungen

* Du arbeitest strukturiert, eigenverantwortlich und lösungsorientiert

* Du legst Wert auf eine hohe Servicequalität im laufenden Supportbetrieb

* Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und kannst dich auch auf Englisch gut verständigen

* Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B und besuchst gelegentlich unsere Niederlassungen österreichweit

Das Bruttojahresgehalt beträgt für diese Position ab EUR 56.000,-. Das tatsächliche Gehalt vereinbaren wir auf Basis deiner beruflichen Qualifikation und Erfahrung gerne in einem persönlichen Gespräch.
