DEINE VERANTWORTUNGEN

Business Development Opportunities

  • Ermittlung von Ausschreibungsmöglichkeiten für die Bürogastronomie in Ihrem jeweiligen Markt
  • Persönliches Netzwerk nutzen, um neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten zu erschliessen
  • Einsatz von Kaltakquise und Outbound-Techniken, um die Nachfrage nach FELFEL-Dienstleistungen zu steigern

Management von Verkaufsprozess

  • Kontaktaufnahme mit Interessenten für FELFEL Dienstleistungen und Verwaltung des ersten Kontaktpunkts für eingehende Leads
  • Inbound umwandeln, um die gastronomische Erfahrung von FELFEL durch eine Verkostung entweder vor Ort beim Kunden oder in den FELFEL-Büros zu erleben
  • Präsentation des FELFEL Service durch ein praktisches gastronomisches Erlebnis, das den Service und das Wertversprechen widerspiegelt

Verhandlungsgespräche & Abschluss

  • Führen von Vertragsverhandlungen, die die Interessen der Kunden mit den Geschäftszielen von FELFEL in Übereinstimmung bringen
  • Lösungsorientierter Ansatz für Partnerschaften

DEINE KPI’s

  • Gute Konversions Metriken für deine Pipelines
  • Anzahl abgeschlossene Deals
  • Vertragsabschluss Volumen

WAS DU MITBRINGST

  • Ca. 0-2 Jahre Erfahrung im Verkaufsmanagement, idealerweise in einer verwandten Branche
  • Gutes Verständnis des Schweizer Markts (B2B & Konsumverhalten)
  • Starke Kommunikation auf Deutsch & Englisch – Französisch ist ein Plus
  • Verhandlungssicher und überzeugend im Kundenkontakt
  • Fit im Umgang mit CRM-Tools (z. B. HubSpot)
  • Du erkennst Entscheidungsträger sofort und weisst, wie du sie richtig ansprichst
  • Detailorientiert und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, auch bei administrativen Aufgaben

  • Ein Führerschein ist erforderlich, da du bis zu 50 % deiner Zeit beim Kunden vor Ort verbringen wirst
