The posting

Our work

We are a well capitalized stealth VC-backed startup building a new type of spatial AI capable of universally solving autonomy. We innovate at the foundational layer of AI by training our own AI models.

Our team

Our team is composed of AI pioneers and leaders from Google X, Google Brain, and Shield AI. Several of us are repeat founders, with deep commercialization insights across multiple enterprise segments.

Who you are

  • Learn-it-all, not know-it-all: you have an innate curiosity for all things intellectual, and it’s something you can’t turn off. You obsess over finer details others miss.
  • High intensity: you thrive in a high-stakes environment, and are driven by an innate obsession, not by others.
  • Fast learner: you gravitate toward learning new things, and often find yourself learning more quickly than everyone around you.
  • Driven by pain and discomfort: you enjoy leaving your comfort zone and challenging yourself
  • Creative: track record of solving hard problems with solutions worthy of academic papers
  • Educator: you take pride in your ability to communicate complex topics clearly and have excellent speaking and writing skills.
  • Zero ego: you don’t just take feedback, but truly see it as a gift. You don’t wait until feedback is given, but solicit it with every opportunity.
  • Founder mentality: you roll up your sleeves to help solve the most pressing problem on a given day, even if it has nothing to do with this job post.

Responsibilities

  • Own zero-to-one GTM strategy and commercial growth across the commercial aviation market
  • Build relationships with airlines, aircraft OEMs, avionics providers, and other strategic partners.
  • Identify high-value use cases for GPS-denied and resilient navigation.
  • Lead customer engagements from initial discovery through pilots, flight testing, and commercial deployment.
  • Develop and manage strategic pilots and fleet-scale opportunities.
  • Translate customer needs into product, integration, and deployment requirements.
  • Navigate aviation procurement, certification, and integration pathways with customers and partners.
  • Partner closely with engineering and product to shape the roadmap around market needs.
  • Build and manage a qualified commercial pipeline and convert early customers into scalable deployments.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in commercial aviation, aerospace, avionics, or related technology markets.
  • Proven track record of driving enterprise sales, partnerships, or GTM initiatives with airlines, OEMs, or aviation technology companies.
  • Strong understanding of airline operations, avionics, navigation systems, and the aviation technology ecosystem.
  • Experience taking emerging technology from pilot or evaluation to commercial deployment.
  • Ability to navigate complex technical, procurement, certification, and integration processes.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to build relationships with senior aviation stakeholders.
  • Highly technical and commercially minded, with the ability to translate complex technology into clear customer value.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for customer meetings, flight tests, and industry events.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
