The posting

Jouw takenpakket (indien je niet alle punten kan afvinken, is het takenpakket nog bespreekbaar en is een eventuele samenwerking met een externe boekhouder mogelijk!):

Boekhouding:

- voeren van de boekhouding van de groepsvennootschappen.

- inboeken en verwerken van inkoopfacturen.

- opmaak, verzending en inboeking van verkoopfacturen.

- klanten- en leveranciersbalansen opstellen.

- uitvoeren van betalingen.

- maandelijkse BTW-aangifte.

- jaarafsluiting met revisor, neerleggen van de jaarrekening en indienen van de belastingaangifte.

Financiële administratie:

- opmaak, bespreking en verspreiding van maandelijks resultaat.

- administratieve uitwerking van jaarbudget.

- opmaak nacalculaties van projecten.

- onkostennota's, verkeersboetes, ....administratief behandelen en verwerken.

Algemene administratie:

- Opvolging en communicatie RSZ, BTW

- Dagelijkse opvolging E-box en correcte interne verspreiding van berichten.

- Beheer en organisatie van CSAM en andere overheidsplatformen

- Beheer en opvolging van corporate documenten, licenties, leasingcontracten, ....

!!! Kan je niet alle punten afvinken die hierboven vermeldt staan? No worries.... Er kan ook samengewerkt worden met een externe boekhouder voor bepaalde zaken! We zoeken een nauwkeurige en zelfstandige professional die graag het overzicht bewaart en verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor een breed financieel en administratief takenpakket.

Je herkent jezelf in het volgende profiel:

  • Je hebt een relevante opleiding in boekhouding, accountancy, financiën of een gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je hebt ervaring met boekhouding en financiële administratie en kunt zelfstandig een brede waaier aan taken opvolgen.
  • Je hebt inzicht in financiële rapportering, btw-verplichtingen en de afsluiting van boekhoudkundige dossiers.
  • Je werkt vlot met digitale toepassingen en hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met Exact en Excel.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en planmatig.
  • Je neemt initiatief, bewaakt deadlines en volgt dossiers actief op.
  • Je communiceert vlot met collega's, klanten, leveranciers en externe partners.
  • Je gaat discreet om met vertrouwelijke financiële informatie.
