Deine Aufgaben

Du suchst eine Praxis, in der Teamarbeit, Respekt & gute Organisation keine leeren Worte sind?

Als Tiermedizinische:r Fachangestellte:r unterstützt du unsere Tierärzt:innen im Praxisalltag und sorgst gemeinsam mit dem Team für eine ruhige, strukturierte und hochwertige Versorgung unserer tierischen Patienten. Du arbeitest in klaren Abläufen, mit moderner Ausstattung und in einem Team, das sich gegenseitig unterstützt.

Deine Aufgaben im Überblick

  • Assistenz in der Sprechstunde sowie bei Diagnostik und Behandlungen
  • Vorbereitung, Begleitung und Nachsorge von Tieren, inklusive Monitoring während Narkosen
  • Unterstützung bei Operationen sowie Einhaltung der Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards
  • Betreuung von Tierhalter:innen am Empfang und im Praxisalltag mit Freundlichkeit und Übersicht
  • Mitarbeit in Labor, Apotheke und Praxisorganisation
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung und Verbesserung unserer Abläufe und Prozesse

Je nach Interesse und Stärken kannst du bei uns fachliche Schwerpunkte übernehmen, zusätzliche Verantwortung tragen oder dich in bestimmten Bereichen spezialisieren, zum Beispiel im OP, in der Narkose, im Labor oder in der Organisation.

  • Deine Qualifikation: Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Tiermedizinische/r Fachangestellte/r oder Tierpfleger:in
  • Deine Erfahrung: Erste oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Kleintiermedizin
  • Deine Arbeitsweise: Du denkst mit, packst an und hast Lust, Prozesse und Strukturen aktiv weiterzuentwickeln
  • Deine Persönlichkeit: Empathie, Teamgeist und professionelle Kommunikation sind für dich selbstverständlich
