ホノルルでコンドミニアム管理・バケーションレンタル事業を手掛ける企業にて、事業拡大・業務量増加に伴い、新たな運営スタッフを募集します。

お任せするのは、予約管理・ゲスト対応・清掃手配・物件管理など、バケーションレンタル運営に関わる幅広い業務。

デスクワークだけではなく、現場確認や簡単な修理対応などもあるため、身体を動かしながら働きたい方にもぴったりのお仕事です。

仕事内容

ホノルルオフィスにて、バケーションレンタル運営全般をご担当いただきます。

  • Webサイトでの予約管理
  • チェックイン・チェックアウト確認
  • ゲストからのお問い合わせ対応（主にEmail）
  • 宿泊者サポート
  • 清掃スタッフの手配・スケジュール調整
  • 室内設備の確認・簡単な修理対応
  • リノベーション進行管理・現場立ち合い

入社後は、まず現場業務や物件管理サポートを通して、実際のオペレーションを学んでいただきます。現場理解を深めた後、予約管理や運営業務など、徐々に担当範囲を広げていただく予定です。



勤務条件

  • 職種：バケーションレンタル運営コーディネーター
  • 雇用形態：フルタイム
  • 勤務地：アラモアナ
  • 勤務時間：9:30～18:30（休憩1時間）
  • 勤務日：週5日（シフト制／土日祝勤務あり）
  • 完全週休二日制
  • 残業なし

給与・福利厚生

  • 時給：$22スタート （経験・スキルにより優遇）
  • 研修期間（約6か月）終了後：時給$23へ昇給
  • 将来的な昇給あり（会社成長・業績に応じて給与アップを目指しています）

現在事業拡大中のため、会社の成長とともにキャリアアップ・収入アップを目指せる環境です。

実績や貢献度に応じて、2～3年後に年収$60,000～$70,000レベルを目指すことも可能です。
