ハワイで長年にわたり地域社会とともに歩んできた地域密着型銀行が、日系企業のお客様を担当する法人リレーション営業を募集しています。

この仕事で最も大切なのは、お客様との信頼関係を築くことです。

担当する日系法人のお客様を定期的に訪問し、日々のコミュニケーションを通じて長期的な関係を築きながら、預金口座をはじめとする銀行サービスをご案内していただきます。

金融の専門知識よりも、お客様から「まず相談したい」と思っていただける関係づくりが重要なポジションです。

銀行・金融業界での経験は必須ではありません。実際に異業種から転職し、活躍している社員も在籍しています。

仕事内容

日系企業のお客様との信頼関係を築きながら、銀行サービスをご提案する営業のお仕事です。

  • 日系企業のお客様への訪問・フォロー
  • 既存のお客様との関係構築
  • 新規法人顧客の開拓
  • お客様のご要望や課題のヒアリング
  • 預金口座をはじめとした銀行サービスのご案内
  • お客様と銀行内の専門部署との橋渡し
  • 社内メンバーとの情報共有
  • 地域イベントやビジネスコミュニティへの参加
  • 担当企業との取引拡大

銀行の商品知識や専門的な手続きについては、入社後に学んでいただける環境があります。社内の専門部署と連携しながら仕事を進めるため、金融業界未経験の方も安心してスタートできます。

勤務について

  • 職種：法人リレーション営業

  • 年収：$72,491～$118,942（経験・スキルに応じて決定）
  • 勤務時間：月～金 8:00 AM～5:00 PM（休憩1時間）
  • 休日：土日祝

  • 日本語でお客様と円滑にコミュニケーションができる方
  • 英語でのコミュニケーションに抵抗がない方
  • 法人営業、企画営業、アカウントマネジメント、接客、イベント運営など、人との信頼関係を築く仕事の経験をお持ちの方
  • 日系企業のお客様とのコミュニケーションを楽しめる方
  • 基本的なPCスキル（Word・Excel・Outlook）

銀行・金融業界での経験は必須ではありません。

金融知識よりも、お客様との信頼関係を築けるコミュニケーション力や、人と接することが好きな方を歓迎します。
