ハワイで長年地域に根差した銀行にて、日本企業や日本人のお客様をサポートするアカウントサポートスタッフを募集します。

営業担当者を支えながら、口座開設や各種銀行手続き、書類作成などを担当するポジションです。

この仕事で最も大切なのは、一つひとつの業務を正確かつ丁寧に進めることです。

銀行・金融業界での経験は必須ではありません。事務、接客、営業サポートなどの経験を活かしながら、安定した環境で長く働きたい方を歓迎します。

仕事内容

営業担当者や日本企業・日本人のお客様を支え、銀行業務がスムーズに進むようサポートしていただきます。

  • 日本企業・日本人顧客の口座開設手続き
  • 預金商品・定期預金・デビットカードなどの各種事務処理
  • 各種申請書類・契約書類の作成および管理
  • 営業担当者のサポート業務
  • 日本語でのお客様対応（電話・メール・窓口）
  • オフィス内の事務・庶務業務
  • 銀行規定やルールに沿った正確な事務処理
  • チームメンバーと協力しながら日々の業務を円滑に進める

勤務について

  • 職種：銀行アカウントサポートスタッフ
  • 雇用形態：フルタイム
  • 給与：時給21.00～29.00ドル（経験・能力を考慮して決定）
  • 勤務時間：月～金 8:00 AM～5:00 PM（休憩1時間）
  • 休日：土日祝
  • 勤務地：ホノルル

応募条件

  • 日本語でお客様と円滑にコミュニケーションができる方
  • 英語での業務にも前向きに取り組める方
  • 2年以上のカスタマーサービスまたは関連業務の経験
  • 基本的なPCスキル（Word・Excel・Outlook）
  • 正確で丁寧な事務処理ができる方
  • チームワークを大切にできる方

銀行での勤務経験がある方は歓迎しますが、必須ではありません。
