Buscamos um(a) Advogado(a) Júnior para atuação em modelo Secondment em empresa relevante do setor de Tecnologia. Este(a) profissional será responsável por prestar suporte jurídico em demandas relacionadas ao atendimento de autoridades públicas, cumprimento de ordens judiciais, além de contribuir para a mitigação de riscos legais envolvendo produtos e serviços digitais.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAnalisar, interpretar e responder ofícios, ordens judiciais, mandados e demais solicitações emitidas por autoridades competentes;Atuar no relacionamento institucional com órgãos de persecução penal, autoridades regulatórias e demais entidades governamentais;Avaliar solicitações de compartilhamento e preservação de dados, garantindo aderência à legislação aplicável e às políticas internas;Atuar na identificação, avaliação e mitigação de riscos legais decorrentes de demandas de Law Enforcement;Trabalhar em conjunto com equipes globais de áreas jurídicas, compliance, privacidade, segurança da informação e operações;Acompanhar mudanças regulatórias e tendências relacionadas à proteção de dados, crimes cibernéticos e responsabilidade de provedores de internet e tecnologia;Auxiliar na definição e aprimoramento de processos internos relacionados ao atendimento de autoridades públicas e investigações.Requisitos e qualificaçõesBacharelado em Direito e OAB ativa;OAB obtida a partir de 2022;Atuação em escritórios de advocacia ou departamentos jurídicos

entre 1 e 4 anos;Inglês fluente;Capacidade analítica para avaliação de riscos jurídicos em ambientes digitais e tecnológicos.Conhecimento prático em:Crimes Cibernéticos;LGPD;Marco Civil da Internet.
