Über Sie: Sie sind ein Profi im Bereich Gebäudetechnik, haben bereits mehrere Projekte im mittelgrossen Umfang (500k bis 1 Mio.) selbständig und erfolgreich abgewickelt und möchten Ihre Erfahrungen gerne Inhouse bei einem grösseren und stabilen Unternehmen einbringen können. Über die Rolle: Diese Stelle bietet Ihnen die Gelegenheit, sich in einem guten Umfeld einzubringen und zu entwickeln. Zur Verstärkung des Bereichs Projektleitung bin ich beauftragt mit der Suche nach einer Person mit offenem und humorvollem Denken und hohem Qualitätsbewusstsein.

Projektleiter:In Gebäudetechnik 80-100%

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Selbständige Begleitung der Projekte über alle Phasen von der über die Initialisierung, Grobplanung, Feinplanung, Durchführung/Steuerung bis zum Abschluss
  • Festlegen der technischen Anforderungen und Entwickeln von Lösungen für die Projekte
  • Koordinieren der involvierten internen und externen Projektbeteiligten
  • Planen und Durchführen von Inbetriebnahmen inklusive dem Erstellen von Berichten und Dokumentationen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit den anderen Projektleitern und zeitweises Unterstützen dieser bei grossen Projekten

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufslehre im Bereich Gebäudetechnik mit Weiterbildung auf Stufe HF oder FH, alternativ Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik oder Automation in Fachrichtung Gebäudeautomation oder ähnlich
  • Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse in Mess-, Steuer- und Regeltechnik (MSR) sowie mit HLKS
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position und Freude an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit
  • Selbständige, strukturierte und ausgeprägt lösungsorientiere Arbeitsweise gepaart mit guten Umgangsformen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit modernen IT-Tools sowie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
