This position is fully on-site in our Valley Center location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries, quote requests, and orders in a timely and professional manner
- Provide technical assistance for pump sizing, troubleshooting, and product availability
- Review tear-down reports, inspections, and service photos to generate detailed repair estimates and customer facing reports
- Prepare and submit quotes, work orders, and purchase orders
- Coordinate purchases, subcontract work, and rentals for each job
- Collaborate with internal service teams, vendors, and outside sales to facilitate repair jobs to completion
- Ensure repair documentation is complete and meets company and client standards
- Perform site visits, when required, to capture job-specific information
- Maintain regular communication with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Review and approve product quality before final delivery
- Support house accounts and direct client relationships by understanding needs and proposing service solutions
- Foster positive relationships with manufacturers, vendors, and clients
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
- Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent technical experience
- Familiarity with pumping systems, motors, and mechanical equipment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- Team-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Pay Range:

$4,743.90 - $8,960.60

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
