Objetivo do cargo Atuar no planejamento, programação e controle da produção, garantindo o adequado atendimento à demanda, considerando capacidade produtiva, disponibilidade de materiais, mão de obra, estoques e restrições do processo. Promover a integração entre as áreas envolvidas e contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos de PCP.

Principais atividades Planejamento e Programação da Produção

Elaborar a programação semanal e mensal da produção, considerando capacidade das linhas, tempos de setup, disponibilidade de mão de obra e prioridades de atendimento. Emitir, acompanhar e atualizar Ordens de Fabricação (OFs), garantindo os devidos registros e liberações no sistema EGA. Realizar a carga máquina mensal, proporcionando uma visão macro da capacidade produtiva, atendimento da demanda e necessidade de mão de obra. Acompanhar a execução da programação, identificando desvios e realizando os ajustes necessários.

Gestão de Estoques e Materiais

Monitorar diariamente os níveis de estoque de matérias-primas e componentes, identificando riscos de ruptura, excesso de estoque ou baixa cobertura. Elaborar o plano de compras de matérias-primas e insumos em conjunto com as áreas de Suprimentos e Compras. Antecipar possíveis impactos no processo produtivo relacionados à disponibilidade de materiais.

Indicadores e Análises

Elaborar relatórios, controles e dashboards para acompanhamento dos resultados e suporte à tomada de decisão. Analisar dados de produção, estoque, capacidade e atendimento à demanda, identificando riscos, desvios e oportunidades de melhoria. Acompanhar indicadores relacionados ao planejamento e controle da produção.

Integração entre Áreas

Atuar como elo entre Produção, Compras, Qualidade, Comercial, Engenharia e Logística, garantindo o alinhamento das informações e o adequado abastecimento de materiais e produtos acabados. Apoiar a definição de prioridades em situações de risco de fornecimento ou atendimento. Negociar prazos e prioridades junto às áreas de Compras e Comercial, buscando minimizar impactos na programação da produção.

Gestão de Capacidade e Melhoria Contínua

Analisar a capacidade produtiva e realizar o balanceamento da carteira de pedidos, considerando especialmente máquinas e processos gargalos. Identificar restrições de capacidade e seus possíveis impactos no atendimento da demanda. Participar da construção, revisão e melhoria contínua de processos, controles e ferramentas de gestão do PCP. Propor melhorias que contribuam para maior eficiência, confiabilidade e assertividade no planejamento da produção.

Ensino superior completo ou cursando em Engenharia de Produção, Administração, Logística ou áreas correlatas. Experiência na área de Planejamento e Controle da Produção (PCP). Conhecimento em planejamento e programação da produção. Conhecimento em gestão de estoques e materiais. Conhecimento em análise de capacidade produtiva e carga máquina. Conhecimento em Excel e elaboração de relatórios e dashboards. Desejável conhecimento em sistemas ERP/MRP e ferramentas de gestão da produção. Desejável experiência em ambiente industrial.
