Als administratief medewerker ben jij voor de regio Ieper het aanspreekpunt voor klanten en medewerkers. Je bent een kei in het beluisteren van vragen en je kan de essentie eruit halen. Je helpt iedereen verder met de glimlach. Je hebt een afwisselend takenpakket en samen met je collega’s zorg je voor een kwaliteitsvolle dienstverlening.

Jij bent de geknipte persoon want ..

  • Je zorgt voor een hartelijk onthaal van klanten en huishoudhulpen op kantoor.
  • Je hebt ervaring in een administratieve job.
  • Je bent erg goed aan de telefoon. Je beheert de telefoonlijn vlot zodat klanten en huishoudhulpen het kantoor goed kunnen bereiken.
  • Je bent een expert in het beheren van klantendossiers: behandelen van nieuwe klantaanvragen, zorgen voor administratieve opvolging, opvolgen van betalingen, …
  • Je informeert vlot en efficiënt klanten, huishoudhulpen en collega’s.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, wat nodig is voor o.a. de voorbereidingen van de lonen.

Je overhaalt ons helemaal want ..

  • Je kan ons overtuigen van je sociale en administratieve kwaliteiten.
  • Je bent zorgvuldig en in stressvolle omstandigheden kan je vlot schakelen in prioriteiten.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en je beschikt over een gezonde dosis ondernemerschap.
  • Je kan vlot werken in Microsoft Office-toepassingen en je hebt zin om expert te worden in ons eigen softwarepakket.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je bent flexibel, ook in verplaatsingen.
  • Je beschikt over een extra troef als je je vlot kan uitdrukken in meerdere talen.
