Als administratief medewerker zorg ben jij in het regiokantoor van Zellik hét aanspreekpunt voor cliënten en medewerkers uit de gezinszorg. Je bent een kei in het beluisteren van vragen en je kan de essentie eruit halen. Je helpt iedereen verder met de glimlach. Op het kantoor in Zellik versterk je zo het team.

Jij bent de geknipte persoon want…

Je bent erg goed aan de telefoon. Je bemant die vlotjes zodat cliënten en medewerkers het kantoor makkelijk kunnen bereiken.

  • Je houdt van dynamiek: in een drukke omgeving houd je het overzicht en ben je stressbestendig.
  • Je kan goed omgaan met veel prikkels (telefoon, mails, vragen van collega’s) en blijft vriendelijk en helder communiceren.
  • Je stelt vlot prioriteiten en brengt structuur in je werk, ook wanneer er veel tegelijk binnenkomt.
  • Je volgt vragen en afspraken consequent op en geeft informatie tijdig en correct door aan cliënten en collega’s.

Je bent een administratieve duizendpoot:

  • Planningen en werkroosters aanpassen, en cliënten of collega’s hierover informeren, doe je vlot en efficiënt.
  • Je beheert cliëntdossiers en prestatiedocumenten gestructureerd, zonder de weg erin te verliezen.
  • Je bent ook stipt, wat nodig is voor o.a. de voorbereidingen van de loonsafwerking.

Je trekt ons helemaal over de streep want ..

  • Je hebt een middelbaar diploma en minstens twee jaar administratieve ervaring in de zorg, of je beschikt over een bachelordiploma, bij voorkeur in een administratieve of sociale richting.
  • Je kan ons overtuigen van jouw hart voor de zorg én je administratieve en sociale vaardigheden. Ervaring met klantencontacten is een plus.
  • Je kent je weg in de basis van Microsoft Office en je hebt zin om de kneepjes van ons eigen digitaal maatwerk te leren ken
