Voor het hoofdkantoor van Ferm Kinderopvang in Wijgmaal zoeken we een digitale ondersteuner met een sterk testprofiel, die deel uitmaakt van het team digitale ondersteuning.

Als lid van het team digitale ondersteuning werk je nauw samen met je collega’s aan het versterken van de digitale werking binnen Ferm Kinderopvang. Je denkt kritisch mee na over digitale processen en tools, en ondersteunt de organisatie bij het optimaal inzetten van digitale oplossingen.

Als digitaal ondersteuner combineer je functionele testing van onze maatwerktoepassingen met gebruikersondersteuning, documentatie en opleiding. Zo help je ervoor te zorgen dat nieuwe digitale oplossingen niet alleen correct werken, maar ook vlot worden gebruikt door onze medewerkers.

Jij bent de geknipte persoon want..

  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je hebt een sterk analytisch vermogen en denkt kritisch mee over digitale oplossingen.
  • Je haalt voldoening uit het opsporen van fouten en het onderzoeken van mogelijke oorzaken.
  • Je kan processen en gebruikersscenario's vertalen naar concrete testgevallen.
  • Je communiceert helder, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling.
  • Je kan je goed inleven in de noden van gebruikers en helpt hen graag vooruit.
  • Je leert snel en maakt je nieuwe toepassingen vlot eigen.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar bent ook een echte teamspeler.

Je trekt ons helemaal over de streep want..

  • Je hebt minstens een bachelordiploma.
  • Ervaring met testing, kwaliteitscontrole, functionele analyse of softwarevalidatie is een sterke troef.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met digitalisering en softwareontwikkeling.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het begeleiden van gebruikers, het geven van opleidingen of het opstellen van handleidingen.
  • Affiniteit met de kinderopvang- of zorgsector is een troef.
