Via het project Praktijkcentra Kinderopvang kan je starten als medewerker in ons kinderdagverblijf Huldenberg en tegelijk de opleiding tot kinderbegeleider volgen. Zo combineer je leren met werken en bouw je vanaf dag één waardevolle praktijkervaring op. Tijdens je traject kan je rekenen op begeleiding en ondersteuning van een coach op de werkvloer.

Jouw taken:

Tijdens je traject groei je stap voor stap in de rol van kinderbegeleider.

  • Je begeleidt samen met je collega’s kinderen van 0 tot 3 jaar
  • Je leert communiceren met ouders en bouwt mee aan een vertrouwensband.
  • Je ontdekt hoe je kinderen ondersteunt in hun ontwikkeling, verzorging en dagelijkse activiteiten.
  • Je hebt oog voor hygiëne en veiligheid

Je bent de geknipte persoon, want …

  • Je hebt een warm hart voor kinderen en haalt energie uit het samen spelen, ontdekken en beleven
  • Je wil graag het werken als kinderbegeleider combineren met een opleiding
  • Je bent leergierig en staat open voor begeleiding en feedback
  • Je houdt van samenwerken met je team

Je krijgt:
