Als vliegende verantwoordelijke gezinszorg ondersteun je collega’s in de ruime regio rond Leuven en het Hageland. Je springt in waar nodig, in een regio waar de leidinggevende tijdelijk afwezig is, waar het extra druk is, of voor een project. Op het kantoor in Wijgmaal versterk je zo het team.

Jij bent de geknipte persoon want …

  • Je kan een team verzorgenden en zorgkundigen begeleiden: uurroosters opmaken, vragen beluisteren, vergaderingen organiseren en leiden.
  • Je gaat met plezier op huisbezoek bij hulpvragers om hun zorgnoden te beluisteren en beantwoorden.
  • Je hebt voeling met kwetsbare doelgroepen: ouderen, personen met dementie, met een handicap, met psychische of sociale kwetsbaarheden.
  • Je bent een straffe netwerker en bouwt lokaal contacten op om de gezinszorg in jouw regio verder uit te bouwen.
  • Je bent ook een teamspeler, die nauw samenwerkt en vlot en efficiënt terugkoppelt naar je leidinggevende.

Je trekt ons helemaal over de streep want …

  • Je hebt een bachelor diploma, liefst in een sociaal studiegebied (sociaal-agogisch of maatschappelijk werk, sociale verpleegkunde, ...)
  • Je kan ons overtuigen van jouw hart voor de zorg én jouw capaciteiten als leider en organisator.
  • Je bent flexibel, ook in verplaatsingen, en hebt een rijbewijs B.
  • Bij voorkeur ben je centraal woonachtig tussen regio Leuven en Hageland.
