The posting

Als kinderbegeleider bij Ferm Kinderopvang begeleid je kinderen van 2,5 tot 12 jaar in een warme en speelse omgeving. Dit is wat onze medewerkers ervan vinden:

‘Elke dag is anders. In de buitenschoolse opvang kan je met de kinderen zoveel doen: buitenactiviteiten organiseren, uitstappen maken, koken, spelletjes spelen ….’ Karlien, kinderbegeleider

Jouw taken:

  • Je begeleidt samen met jouw collega’s kinderen van 2.5 tot 12 jaar en helpt hen groeien op een speelse manier
  • Je zorgt dat kinderen en hun ouders zich thuis voelen in de opvang
  • Je hebt oog voor hygiëne en veiligheid

Je bent de geknipte persoon, want …

  • Je voelt aan wat kinderen nodig hebben
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring in het werken met kinderen
  • Je houdt van samenwerken met je team
  • Je werkt een aantal uren en dagen in overleg. Daarnaast ben je bereid in te springen voor afwezige collega’s. Uren liggen tussen 7u30 en 8u30 en tussen 15u30 en 17u30. Idealiter zoeken we een medewerker voor de locatie in Sint-Laureins en iemand voor de locatie in Watervliet.
  • Je begrijpt en spreekt Nederlands voor jouw gesprekken met ouders en kinderen
  • Je wil als vrijwilliger werken of voldoet aan de voorwaarden om een flexijob uit te oefenen

Je krijgt:

  • Een loon in overeenstemming met de kinderopvangsector (belastingvrij) of een vrijwilligersvergoeding
  • Enkel vakantiegeld (flexijob)
  • Kilometer- of fietsvergoeding (flexijob)
