Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage security system projects, including intercom, CCTV, card access, and alarm systems.
  • Coordinate with project teams and technicians to ensure work is completed on schedule.
  • Supervise installation, cable termination, testing, and commissioning of security systems.
  • Ensure all installation works are carried out according to approved drawings and project specifications.
  • Perform system programming and configuration after receiving the necessary training.
  • Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, and other site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Update as-built drawings to reflect any changes made during installation.
  • Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning to ensure proper operation.
  • Prepare project documentation, testing reports, and handover documents.
  • Conduct technical training for clients on system operation and basic troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate project handover to clients and ensure all outstanding issues are resolved.
  • Follow up on site progress, technical issues, and materials to ensure timely project completion.
