Body Shop Manager – Ferris Auto Mall, New Philadelphia, OH

For more than 60 years, Ferris Auto Mall has been part of the New Philadelphia community. Since 1968, we've served Tuscarawas County families as a hometown Chevrolet and Toyota dealer, and we've supported the local schools, teams, and organizations that make this area home. Now we're looking for an experienced Body Shop Manager to lead our AAA-approved collision center, which repairs all makes and models.

We want a hands-on leader who takes pride in quality work, keeps the shop running smoothly, and treats every customer like a neighbor, because here, they usually are.

What you'll do

  • Lead and schedule a team of 5–7 body and paint technicians
  • Oversee estimates, repair planning, and workflow from drop-off to delivery
  • Work with insurance adjusters and customers to keep repairs on time and communication clear
  • Uphold OEM repair standards and AAA quality requirements
  • Track productivity, cycle time, and shop profitability
  • Keep the shop safe, organized, and well equipped

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience managing or supervising a collision repair shop
  • Strong knowledge of collision repair and estimating (CCC ONE or Mitchell experience preferred)
  • I-CAR training or certification.
  • Good leadership, organization, and customer service skills
  • Valid driver's license
