Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine dynamische Persönlichkeit als

Betriebsmitarbeiterin / Betriebsmitrabeiter CNC\-Brennschneidemaschine (80\-100 %)

Was du bewegst

  • Bedienen und Überwachen der CNC\-gesteuerten Autogen\- und Plasmaschneideanlagen inkl. Bohreinheiten und fertigen von Aufträgen nach Kundenwunsch bzw. Teilezeichnungen
  • Einstellen und Bestücken von Werkzeugen wie Bohrer, Gewindeschneider, Senker, Gravierer, Fräser, Plasma\- und Autogenbrenner für die Bearbeitung von Stahl
  • Plasmabrennschneiden von bis zu 50mm dicken Stahlblechen und Autogenbrennschneiden von Blechen bis 200mm Dicke.
  • Bedienen der neuen automatisierten Entgratungslinie mit beidseitigem Entgraten und Verrunden
  • Kommissionieren von Brennteilen mittels 2x 10t Hallenkran mit Magnetanlage und/oder Säulenschwenkkranen unter Berücksichtigung der internen Sicherheits\- und Verladevorschriften
  • Fertigungsrückmeldungen im PPS/ERP\-System
  • Be\- und Entladen von Lastwagen und Bahnwaggons mittels Kran oder Gabelstapler
  • Qualitätskontrollen der durchgeführten Arbeiten im Warenaus\- bzw. Eingang
  • Pflege der Anlagen, Inventur sowie allgemeine Mithilfe bei Produktions\- und Logistikaufgaben

Was du mitbringst

  • Handwerkliches Geschick mit technischem Flair sowie körperliche Belastbarkeit
  • Freude und Motivation im Umgang mit technischen Anlagen
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Autogenbrennschneiden (Zinser, Messer, etc.) von Stahlblechen bis 200mm Dicke
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Plasmabrennschneiden (Kjellberg/Hypertherm) oder alternativ im Laserschneiden
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit eidgenössischem Fähigkeitszeugnis EFZ
  • Erfahrung in der Stahl\- und Metallbearbeitung ist eine Voraussetzung
  • Kran Kategorie C und Staplerführerschein von Vorteil
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (Früh\- und Spätschicht)
