Descripción del rol:

I.FINALIDADES DEL PUESTO

  • Control y organización del equipo de producción asignado a sus tajos.
  • Cumplir y hacer cumplir las ordenes de sus superiores jerárquicos (Encargados y Jefe de Obra).
  • Asumir y poner los medios necesarios para la consecución de los objetivos marcados por la jefatura de Obra.
  • Supervisar todas las medidas de Seguridad y Salud, así como el cumplimiento de los procedimientos del plan de aseguramiento de Calidad y Medio Ambiente.

II.CRITERIOS DE MEDIDA

  • Grado de cumplimiento de objetivos
  • Organización y liderazgo de equipos
  • Programación y planificación de tareas
  • Siniestralidad y calidad en la ejecución de las unidades, actas de inspección.

III.RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES Y FUNCIONES

  • Cumplimiento de objetivos asignados por la Jefatura de Obra
  • Asignación del personal a sus tajos, confección del parte de Capataz.
  • Control de entradas y salidas de material conforme al procedimiento de Calidad. (P.A.C.)
  • Replanteos bajo supervisión de la Jefatura de Obra.
  • Supervisión de la medidas de seguridad, tanto de los tajos en general, como de los equipos de protección individual.
  • Conseguir del equipo asignado el más alto rendimiento y compromiso.

IV. RELACIONES

CON EL ENCARGADO

  • Recibe los objetivos de producción.
  • Cambios de proyecto que afecten a unidades que esta ejecutando
  • Cualquier incidencia que surja en sus tajos, bien de personal, de prevención, así como las relativas a aseguramiento de la calidad.
  • Entrega de documentación (partes de capataz, albaranes, etc.)

. CON EL JEFE DE PRODUCCIÓN

  • Cualquier otra incidencia que no haya sido comentada con el encargado.
