• Ensino Superior Completo em Farmácia

• CRF ativo e regular;

• Pacote Office Intermediário;

• Experiência na área da saúde: Atuação clínica e gestão de suprimentos

Desejável:

Experiência na área de Reprodução Humana;

Conhecimento em inglês e espanhol básico.

1. Notificar aos fabricantes eventos adversos e colaterais (farmacovigilância) que venham a ocorrer;

2. Verificar interações medicamentosas e contraindicações;

3. Preparar e dispensar medicamentos prescritos.

4. Fornecer informações/orientações sobre medicamentos aos pacientes e profissionais de saúde e monitorar a saúde e o

progresso dos pacientes em relação à terapia medicamentosa, via contato telefônico periódico;

5. Aplicar medicação intramuscular e subcutânea, além realizar coleta de sangue sempre que necessário

6. Controlar, armazenar e dispensar medicações de alto custo e controladas;

7. Elaborar estoque mínimo e máximo de medicação de acordo com a volumetria dos ciclos de reprodução humana assistida,

definindo prioridade de uso de acordo com quantidade – validade, alertando as equipes sempre que necessário;

8. Responsável pela taxa de acuracidade e inventário do estoque físico – sistêmico das unidades, com controle diário dos itens

de MAT/MED;

9. Alimentar os sistemas de informação das unidades, lançando as entradas e saídas de todos os itens, as notas fiscais e

incluindo as requisições e pedidos de compras no sistema ERP (de acordo com a demanda das unidades).

10. Garantir o correto preenchimento do protocolo de dispensação de medicação e registrar em prontuário eletrônico;

11. Realizar follow up de entrega de pedidos, recebendo e conferindo, armazenando e organizando os itens na farmácia de

acordo com as boas práticas estabelecidas;

12. Realizar check list diário de controle da umidade e temperatura do ambiente/geladeira, lote e validade das medicações;

13. Elaborar e ministrar treinamentos técnicos, como aplicação de medicações, via de administração, farmacologia, assim como

de abordagem de dispensação de medicação pela equipe Bio (engajar e acompanhar);

14. Desenvolver Manual de dispensação de medicação, com os fluxos e regras internos;

15. Criar e atualizar POP'S relacionados a farmácia e suprimentos, garantindo cumprimento de fluxos e RDC's;

16. Apresentar resultados e indicadores do setor à Gerência, conforme periodicidade definida;

17. Exercer a função de Responsável Técnica do setor quando necessário, assegurando a conformidade com a legislação vigente,

supervisionando o armazenamento, dispensação e rastreabilidade de medicamentos e insumos, além de responder

tecnicamente por processos operacionais e normativos, garantindo o cumprimento das exigências regulatórias e boas

práticas farmacêuticas.
