The posting

Gestalten Sie als Senior Engineer (m/w/d) die Entwicklung innovativer Wasserstofftechnologien aktiv mit und bringen Sie Ihre Expertise in Konstruktion und Anlagenbau in zukunftsweisende Projekte ein.

IHRE AUFGABEN:

  • Ganzheitliche Konstruktion von Elektrolyse-Anlagen sowie Erarbeitung modularer und skalierbarer Lösungskonzepte.
  • Auslegung und Zeichnung komplexer Rohrleitungssysteme auf Basis von R&I-Fließschemata unter Berücksichtigung der spezifischen Anforderungen von Wasserstoff und Sauerstoff.
  • CAD-Expertise: 3D-Konstruktion von Kernkomponenten und komplexen Baugruppen des verfahrenstechnischen Anlagenbaus (z.B. Stack-Peripherie, Gasaufbereitung).
  • Berechnung & Sicherheit: Durchführung statischer und dynamischer Berechnungen sowie sicherheitstechnische Auslegung von Druckgeräten und Apparaten.
  • Normenmanagement: Verantwortung für die konsequente Umsetzung geltender Normen (AD2000, EN 13445, ASME) sowie die Erstellung technischer Dokumentationen für die Zertifizierung (z.B. CE-Kennzeichnung, Druckgeräterichtlinie).
  • Komponenten-Spezifikation: Qualitative Auswahl und technische Spezifikation von Armaturen, Sensorik und Aggregaten (Pumpen, Verdichter) inklusive Erstellung von Datenblättern für den technischen Einkauf.
  • Sicherheitsanalysen: Federführende Mitwirkung bei Risikoanalysen wie HAZOP, FMEA und der Erstellung von Explosionsschutzdokumenten (ATEX).

IHR PROFIL:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (Master/Diplom) im Bereich Maschinenbau, Verfahrenstechnik, Apparatebau oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Mehrjährige, einschlägige Erfahrung in der Konstruktion von verfahrenstechnischen Anlagen, idealerweise im Bereich Wasserstoff, Kryotechnik, Industriegase oder Chemieanlagenbau.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit den Besonderheiten von Wasserstoff (Dichtigkeit, H2-Readiness).
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen 3D-CAD-Systemen (z. B. Solid Edge, Catia) sowie Tools zur Rohrleitungsplanung.
  • Tiefgreifende Kenntnisse in den einschlägigen Regelwerken für Druckgeräte (AD2000, ASME) sowie Erfahrung mit den Anforderungen der ISO 22734 sind von Vorteil.
  • Praktische Erfahrung mit funktionaler Sicherheit (SIL) und Explosionsschutz (ATEX) in der Prozesstechnik.
  • Analytische Denkweise, hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein für sicherheitskritische Systeme.
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse für die Abstimmung mit internationalen Partnern und Lieferanten.
