The posting

Our purpose at Festive Road is simple; to create better travel and meetings management. Our client’s purpose is one of bold ambition; to transform its program into an industry leading premiere travel and events solution, which will redefine business travel standards and expectations. We are looking for a curious, commercially minded analyst who turns data into decisions – and decisions into action. If that sounds like something you’d like to be a part of, read on!

Role: Product Marketing Analyst

Location: Office based - Dallas TX, USA

Salary band: 125k - 130k USD

We are seeking a Product Marketing Analyst to own customer insight, journey management and go-to-market planning for our client, within its Customer Experience & Engagement (CEE) team.

Our client's Travel & Events function supports one of the world's largest workforces to travel and meet with confidence. CEE exists to make sure employees know what the T&E function offers, can find it easily, and have a great experience using it. As Product Marketing Analyst, you will close the gap between what we measure and what we act on.

This role sits at the intersection of product marketing, customer analytics and delivery. You will interpret customer insight, shape clear engagement recommendations and see them through to completion – while building the frameworks that allow the T&E function to reach employees at scale.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Content Strategy - You will analyse data and content performance to identify where employees lack awareness our services. You will partner with content creators to make sure high-performing content is easy to find across channels, and use insight on how employees discover and interact with our information to set clear content priorities.
  • Customer Journey Management - You will own and maintain the customer journey maps as the shared strategic reference for engagement design across Travel and Events. You will spot where micro-sentiment signals show a message intervention is needed, and partner with analytics teams on measurement requirements and data interpretation.
  • Insights & Reporting - You will translate journey health data into focused product marketing recommendations. You will support micro-sentiment deployment across journey touchpoints, making sure measurement aligns with engagement actions, and build reporting frameworks that link customer experience signals to business outcomes.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy - You will develop go-to-market plans for new programmes and services – from segment identification and value proposition through launch planning and adoption measurement. You will build audience profiling and conversion insight, including A/B testing of messaging and positioning, and feed segment insight into communication planning so the right audience gets the right message at the right time.

Requirements

Key Skills Required:

  • Insight to action - Experience working with customer satisfaction and sentiment data and turning it into clear, prioritised recommendations. Ability to say what not to do, as well as what to do.
  • Go-to-market execution - Proven delivery of go-to-market strategies end to end – audience segmentation, value proposition, launch and adoption measurement. Ability to agree the outcome up front and keep activity focused on it.
  • Analytical storytelling - Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret journey-level data and communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences, from the bottom to the top of the client organisation.
  • Journey and experience frameworks - Experience creating and maintaining customer journey maps or experience frameworks that teams actually use to make decisions.
  • Stakeholder management and collaboration - Proven ability to work across functions, build trust with stakeholders and influence without direct authority. Shares progress openly and flags risks or delays in good time.
  • Project management - Operates with autonomy and delivers confidently against agreed milestones and KPIs. Manages scope actively to protect focus and quality.
  • An exceptional communicator - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build compelling business cases, present recommendations and influence decision-making.
  • A calm operator - Able to keep a cool head and prioritise while working in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.

Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, analytics or a related field
  • 7+ years' experience in product marketing for technology products or platforms, customer experience analytics, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience executing go-to-market strategies
  • Experience creating and maintaining customer journey maps or experience frameworks

Desirable Experience:

  • Understanding of the corporate travel ecosystem
  • Experience marketing SaaS platforms, self-service tools or enterprise technology products
  • Experience with voice of the customer (VOC) programmes, survey design or customer intelligence platforms
  • Experience designing engagement strategies informed by behavioural data
  • Experience supporting change management for product or service launches in a cross-functional environment
  • Familiarity with data visualisation and reporting tools

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
