The Role

We’re hiring a Senior Influencer Relations Manager to own Fever’s relationships in the city and beyond. This role is all about pure relationship building rather than routine campaign management. We are on the hunt for a true talent ranger who deeply understands the celebrity, influencer, and creator scene—someone passionate about expanding their network alongside Fever and scaling our experiences as far as possible

You'll work closely with Growth, Marketing, Social Media, Fever Originals, PR and many more teams to turn those relationships into unforgettable experiences — and, where it makes sense, into brand moments worth talking about.

What You´ll Do

  • Lead the Americas influencer strategy, driving creator-led campaign performance and maximizing impact across all experiences
  • Build and personally maintain trusted relationships with talent managers, agents, and PR representatives of top-tier US creators
  • Serve as Fever's dedicated point of contact for high-profile talent relationships, proactively proposing tailored experiences aligned with each client's needs
  • Spot culturally relevant moments — milestones, launches, celebrations — where a Fever experience becomes the top plan
  • Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of high-touch experiences for top talent and their guests
  • Translate strong industry relationships into brand-building moments in coordination with Growth, Marketing, Creative, Social Media, and PR — organic content, press mentions, cultural relevance
  • Represent Fever at industry events, summits, and gatherings where talent managers, agents, and the entertainment community show up
  • Track the US entertainment and creator landscape to stay ahead of who matters and what's next, and share that intel with the wider team

Who You Are

  • 8+ years in influencer marketing, PR, talent relations, artist/talent management, or entertainment industry relationship-building
  • Strong social skills, with a natural ability to connect with people and understand their needs
  • Deep knowledge of the US influencer, celebrities and creator landscape — you understand the trends and know how to translate experience needs into activations with the right creators
  • You have a deep understanding of conversion metrics and feel comfortable working in fast-paced, performance-focused environments
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to influence and build lasting relationships
  • A natural relationship-builder: warm, trustworthy, and discreet. People confide in you and come back to you
  • Comfortable being the face of Fever in rooms full of high-profile people, with the poise to operate under confidentiality and pressure
  • Strong judgment about which relationships and opportunities are worth pursuing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Based in LA
