Die FF Frischfleisch AG als Firmengruppe, mit Hauptsitz in Sursee, einem Werk in Deisswil b. Münchenbuchsee und einigen kleineren Firmen der Fleischbranche, ist einer der flexibelsten und leistungsfähigsten Fleischproduktionsbetriebe der Schweiz. Seit über 60 Jahren setzen wir uns für Qualität, Frische und Zuverlässigkeit ein. Die über 470 Mitarbeitenden arbeiten unter sehr hohen hygienischen Bedingungen und verarbeiten täglich frisches, qualitativ hochwertiges .

Unser Verkaufsteam am Hauptsitz in Sursee braucht ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine starke Führungskraft als

Leiter:in Verkauf

Gestalten Sie aktiv mit:

  • Übernahme der betriebswirtschaftlichen und personellen Verantwortung für den Verkaufsbereich
  • Führung, Weiterentwicklung und Motivation des Verkaufsteam
  • Wahrnehmung der Repräsentationsfunktion als Key Account Manager, inklusive Akquisition von Neukunden sowie eigenständiges Führen von wichtigen Verkaufs\- und Vertragsverhandlungen
  • Persönliche Betreuung des bestehenden Kundenstamms sowie Ausbau nachhaltiger Kundenbeziehungen
  • Planung und Umsetzung strategischer Verkaufsaktivitäten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Geschäftsführer
  • Analyse von Markt\- und Kundenpotenzialen sowie Identifikation neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten

Diese Fähigkeiten bringen Sie mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als oder kaufmännische Ausbilung mit Erfahrung im Fleischsektor
  • Mehrjährige Verkaufserfahrung, idealerweise in der Frischfood\- oder Lebensmittelbranche
  • Bestehendes Netzwerk in der Branche von Vorteil
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung mit umfassender betriebswirtschaftlicher Verantwortung (P\&L)
  • Unternehmerisches Denken sowie ausgeprägte Verhandlungs\- und Abschlussstärke
  • Sehr gute IT\-Anwenderkenntnisse
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Italienisch und/oder ösisch von Vorteil

Sie sind eine sehr selbständige, initiative Persönlichkeit mit grosser Leidenschaft für den Verkauf. Mit Ihrer offenen, unkomplizierten gelingt es Ihnen leicht, Beziehungen aufzubauen und Kunden langfristig zu begeistern. Sie denken unternehmerisch, handeln lösungsorientiert und verstehen es, Ihr Team zu motivieren und gemeinsam erfolgreich zu sein.
