Dein Aufgabengebiet:

  • Ganzheitliche Verantwortung für leistungsfähige, stabile und wirtschaftliche SAP- und eGovernment-Services – von der Konzeption über die Einführung bis zum laufenden Betrieb
  • Koordination interner Fachstellen und externer Anbieter mit Fokus auf Servicequalität, Termintreue und Kosteneffizienz
  • Ausarbeitung bedarfsgerechter Angebote und fundierter Business Cases sowie Bearbeitung von Eskalationen zur Sicherung eines zuverlässigen Betriebs
  • Abstimmung der Serviceentwicklung mit den Fachbereichen, Erarbeitung langfristiger Roadmaps und Planung konkreter Umsetzungsschritte
  • Förderung standardisierter Lösungen sowie Entwicklung von Servicekonzepten einschliesslich Target Operating Model und geregelter Betriebsübergabe
  • Überwachung vereinbarter Service Levels und geltender Compliance-Anforderungen sowie Analyse von Leistungskennzahlen und Steuerung betrieblicher Risiken
  • Ableitung gezielter Verbesserungsmassnahmen, Pflege der Servicedokumentation und Aufbereitung aussagekräftiger Berichte für Anspruchsgruppen und Führungsgremien
  • Verständliche Darstellung des Serviceportfolios mit klarem Bezug zu Kundennutzen und Einsatzmöglichkeiten
  • Transparente Kommunikation geplanter Weiterentwicklungen sowie Veröffentlichung von Release Notes zu neuen Funktionen
  • Sicherstellung der Lösungsakzeptanz, kennzahlengestützte Verbesserung der Kundenzufriedenheit und Einhaltung des Servicebudgets

Dein Profil:

  • Hochschulabschluss in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Betriebswirtschaft auf Universitäts- oder Fachhochschulniveau beziehungsweise vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Praxis im SAP / IT Service-Delivery-Management
  • Erfahrung mit durchgängiger Serviceverantwortung sowie mit der Zusammenarbeit in Projekten
  • Ausgeprägtes betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis, wirtschaftliche Denkweise und konsequente Kundenorientierung
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise mit Fokus auf Servicequalität und messbare Ergebnisse
  • Fähigkeit zur verständlichen Aufbereitung komplexer Betriebs- und Steuerungsfragen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie stilsicherer Austausch mit unterschiedlichen Kundengruppen
