Sobre a oportunidade

Buscamos um(a) estagiário(a) para apoiar a equipe nas atividades administrativas e no controle de processos e organização de documentos. Procuramos uma pessoa proativa, organizada com vontade de aprender, que tenha disposição para desenvolver novas habilidades, trabalhar em equipe e contribuir com o bom andamento das atividades.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Elaborar e adequar projetos para aprovação legal;
  • Emitir e fazer a gestão da documentação necessária para entrada de processos;
  • Protocolar projetos junto aos órgãos competentes;
  • Acompanhar e controlar devolutivas e exigências dos órgãos de aprovação;
  • Organizar e manter as pastas físicas e digitais de aprovação;
  • Controlar e acompanhar contratos com clientes e fornecedores;
  • Realizar a gestão e lançamento de pagamentos e rotinas administrativas de projetos.

O que buscamos

Requisitos técnicos

  • Ensino superior cursando em Arquitetura e Urbanismo (a partir do 5º período);
  • Conhecimento nos softwares AutoCAD e Revit.

Diferenciais

  • Conhecimento básico/intermediário em planilhas (Excel / Google Sheets) para gestão financeira e contratual.

Competências comportamentais

  • Proatividade e iniciativa;
  • Facilidade de aprendizado e interesse em novos conhecimentos;
  • Boa comunicação;
  • Bom relacionamento interpessoal;
  • Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe.
