Nous recrutons un Account Executive pour rejoindre Doofinder, une entreprise technologique en pleine croissance. Si vous avez une expérience en vente et aimez atteindre des objectifs, cette opportunité est faite pour vous !

Ce que vous ferez

  • Gérer l'ensemble du cycle de vente : prospection, démonstrations, gestion des essais gratuits et signature des abonnements.
  • Contacter des prospects qualifiés attribués automatiquement.
  • Réaliser environ 80 à 100 appels par jour.
  • Atteindre des objectifs liés aux appels, démonstrations, conversions et revenus générés.
  • Transférer les nouveaux clients à l'équipe Customer Experience après la vente.

Profil recherché

  • 1 à 6 ans d'expérience commerciale (BDR, SDR, Account Executive, centre d'appels, prospection outbound, etc.).
  • Anglais natif ou bilingue.
  • À l'aise avec le cold calling et les environnements orientés KPI.
  • Résidence en Espagne obligatoire.
  • Disponibilité compatible avec les horaires du marché américain.

Rémunération

  • 30 000 € brut/an de salaire fixe.
  • Commissions déplafonnées.
  • Objectif mensuel de commission : 600 €, avec multiplicateurs de performance : <80 % : x1 80 % : x1,3 100 % : x2 (1 200 €) 150 % : x3 (1 800 €)
  • Bonus trimestriel : si la moyenne trimestrielle dépasse 150 %, toutes les commissions du trimestre sont recalculées avec un multiplicateur x3.
  • Évolution interne : AE2 : 35 000 € brut/an AE3 : 40 000 € brut/an

Conditions de travail

  • Contrat permanent.
  • Horaires : Lundi à jeudi : 09h00 – 18h00 Vendredi : 09h00 – 15h00
  • Les quatre premières semaines se déroulent sur site à Madrid pour la formation.
  • Ensuite : mode hybride (50 %), accessible après avoir atteint au moins 70 % des objectifs.
  • Présence au bureau environ une fois par mois, avec les frais de déplacement pris en charge par Doofinder.
