Uluslararası bir dijital yayın projesinde görev almak üzere C1 seviyesinde Almanca bilen Müşteri Destek Uzmanları arıyoruz. Bu pozisyon tamamen home-office olup, Türkiye içinde ikamet eden adaylar için uygundur.

Pozisyon Hakkında

Bu rolde çevrimiçi içerik platformu kullanıcılarına teknik konular, hesap işlemleri, abonelik süreçleri ve içerik ile ilgili sorularda destek vereceksiniz. Destek; telefon, chat, e-posta ve sosyal medya kanalları üzerinden sağlanacaktır. İş modeli 5 gün çalışma + 2 gün izin şeklindedir.

Sorumluluklar

  • Kullanıcı sorularını hızlı ve çözüm odaklı şekilde yanıtlamak
  • Teknik problemleri analiz edip doğru yönlendirmeler yapmak
  • Chat, telefon, e-posta ve sosyal medya kanallarında etkili iletişim kurmak
  • Gerekli durumlarda farklı kanal kombinasyonlarına uyum sağlamak
  • Müşteri memnuniyetini ön planda tutarak profesyonel destek sunmak
