Compliance Control & Risk Management Team Leader Porto, Portugal | Hybrid after 1 month

Are you an experienced Team Leader with a background in Compliance, Risk Management or Internal Controls?

Do you speak French and English and have experience with CCRM? Then this opportunity could be a great fit for you!

The Role We are looking for a Compliance Control & Risk Management Team Leader to join our client's team in Portugal. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a team working within the Compliance Control and Risk Management area. You will help ensure that the team's activities run smoothly, support team performance and contribute to effective compliance, control and risk management processes.

What we're looking for Previous Team Management / Team Leader experience Mandatory experience with CCRM French: C1 or native level (B2 may be considered if you are very comfortable using French professionally) English: C1 or native level Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to work independently and take ownership of your responsibilities Must already be based in Porto

Work Model First month: 100% onsite After the first month, if autonomy is demonstrated: 50/50 hybrid model

Salary & Benefits €33,780 – €35,400 gross/year €12 meal allowance per working day
