Une opportunité est actuellement ouverte au sein d'un projet international dans le secteur des assurances.

Vos missions

  • Répondre aux appels entrants et effectuer des appels sortants
  • Répondre aux demandes des clients en français
  • Traiter les demandes via les canaux back-office
  • Gérer les réclamations et les objections de manière professionnelle
  • Fournir des informations précises et proposer des solutions adaptées
  • Utiliser différents outils informatiques et systèmes internes
  • Participer à des activités commerciales selon les besoins du projet

Profil recherché

  • Français C1/C2, à l'oral comme à l'écrit
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques
  • Excellentes capacités de communication
  • Sens du service client et orientation solutions
  • Organisation, fiabilité et attitude proactive
  • Une première expérience en service client est un plus, mais pas obligatoire
  • Résider déjà à Porto ou dans les environs
  • Aucun package de relocation disponible

Rémunération – Niveau L1

  • 953 € brut/mois × 14 salaires
  • 100 €/mois de prime de productivité garantie pendant les 6 premiers mois
  • 25 €/mois de prime d'assiduité
  • Environ 126 €/mois d'indemnité repas, versée en espèces
  • Avantages entreprise et réductions auprès de partenaires

Package fixe estimé pendant les 6 premiers mois : 1 204 € + indemnité repas, avant déductions.
