Dutch/Flemish-Speaking Customer Experience Specialist - Game Presenter

Location: Madrid, Spain (On-site)

Work Schedule: 24/7 rotational shifts

About the Role

We are currently looking for Dutch/Flemish-speaking professionals to join an international team in Madrid in a dynamic, fast-paced studio environment.

In this role, you will be interacting with online users in a live, on-camera setting, ensuring a high-quality and engaging experience while maintaining professionalism and energy throughout your shift.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates who enjoy being in front of the camera, have strong communication skills, and are looking to build an international career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a high-quality, engaging live experience to online users
  • Maintain a professional and energetic presence on camera
  • Follow company procedures and presentation standards
  • Ensure smooth and accurate execution of tasks
  • Collaborate with an international team in a fast-paced environment

Candidate Profile

  • Fluency in Dutch or Flemish (C1 level)
  • Good command of English (B2 level)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident, energetic, and comfortable in front of the camera
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Previous experience is a plus, but not required (full training provided)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: €1,500/month (gross)
  • Language Bonus: €4/hour (on-camera)
  • Performance Bonus: up to €3/hour
  • Average Total Earnings: €1,850 – €2,100/month gross
