Your Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional inbound customer support in German.
  • Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Deliver a high-quality customer experience while meeting service standards.
  • Collaborate with an international and supportive team.

  • Base Salary: €1,636.14 gross/month
  • Billing Skills Bonus: €102.25 gross/month
  • Unlimited Sales Bonus – Top performers can earn €1,000+ per month

Requirements

  • Fluent German
  • Good command of English
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • EU citizenship or eligibility to work in Bulgaria
